All Sales Are Final
All items sold by Kerja Gallery are sold as-is and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the item is accepted in its present condition at the time of sale.
Condition, Documentation & Shipping
Every artwork, sculpture, or luxury item sold by Kerja Gallery is:

Thoroughly inspected prior to shipment

Photographed and video recorded to document condition

Professionally packed

Shipped fully insured for the total purchase price
This documentation is retained for verification purposes in the event of a shipping or condition dispute.
Shipping Damage & Insurance Claims
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit:

Any claim will be handled exclusively through the shipping insurance provider

Kerja Gallery will assist with documentation as needed

The buyer agrees that insurance is the sole remedy for in-transit damage
No refunds will be issued due to shipping damage.
Case-by-Case Resolution
While all sales are final, Kerja Gallery may, at its sole discretion, review certain situations on a case-by-case basis.
In select cases only, Kerja Gallery may authorize a return under the following conditions:

Prior written authorization from Kerja Gallery is required

The buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, and packaging costs

The item must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped
Upon approval and successful return, the buyer will receive an in-store credit only.
No cash refunds or credit card reversals will be issued.

Original & Limited Works

Original artworks, limited editions, sculptures, and collectible pieces may exhibit natural variations consistent with their medium, age, and artistic process

Minor imperfections, texture variations, patina, craquelure, or hand-finished details are not considered defects
Measurements & Descriptions

Dimensions are approximate

Framing, mounts, bases, or display hardware may vary

Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, screen calibration, or display environment
Certificates of Authenticity

When applicable, Certificates of Authenticity (COA) are provided

COAs are issued by the artist, publisher, estate, or recognized authority

Kerja Gallery does not guarantee future market value, appreciation, or resale price
Installation & Handling

Buyers are responsible for proper installation, mounting, and display

Kerja Gallery is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, installation, or environmental conditions
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Kerja Gallery, the buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered under this policy. Any attempted chargeback contrary to this policy may be contested using shipping records, insurance documentation, and condition verification materials.
Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Kerja Gallery, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Sales Policy in full.
