Payment, Shipping & Returns Policy

Payment

All prices listed on KerjaGallery.com are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment in full is required before any item will be shipped or made available for pickup. Kerja Gallery reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or other concerns related to the transaction.

By submitting payment information, the buyer represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information provided is accurate and complete.

Orders are not considered final until accepted by Kerja Gallery.

Shipping

Kerja Gallery sells from its own inventory and takes care to prepare each item for safe transit.

Every artwork, sculpture, or collectible item sold by Kerja Gallery is:

• thoroughly inspected prior to shipment,
• photographed and/or video recorded to document condition,
• professionally packed, and
• shipped with insurance for the declared purchase value or other applicable insured amount.

This documentation is retained for verification purposes in the event of a condition question, shipping claim, or payment dispute.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Kerja Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, routing disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kerja Gallery is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the buyer.

Shipping Damage, Loss & Insurance Claims

If an item is lost or damaged during transit, any claim must be handled through the applicable shipping carrier and/or shipping insurance provider.

In the event of shipping damage or loss:

• the buyer must inspect the package promptly upon delivery,
• all original packaging materials must be retained,
• photos of the packaging and item must be taken immediately,
• and the buyer must cooperate fully with the insurance and/or carrier claims process.

Kerja Gallery will provide reasonable assistance and supporting documentation as needed for a valid claim. However, the shipping insurance provider or carrier is the sole party responsible for evaluating and resolving claims for in-transit loss or damage.

Shipping insurance is the buyer’s sole remedy for items lost or damaged in transit. No refund, return, or exchange will be issued by Kerja Gallery solely on the basis of shipping damage or shipping loss.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are generally final.

Kerja Gallery does not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges for:

• buyer’s remorse,
• change of mind,
• personal taste,
• décor mismatch,
• or any reason unrelated to clear seller error or material misrepresentation.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered, at Kerja Gallery’s sole discretion, in the event of:

• a clear seller error, or
• a material misrepresentation of the item.

Any exception must be approved by Kerja Gallery in writing in advance.

If a return is approved:

• the buyer is responsible for all return shipping, packaging, handling, and insurance costs,
• the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped,
• and Kerja Gallery must receive and inspect the item before any resolution is issued.

If Kerja Gallery authorizes a return under an approved exception, resolution will be provided in the form of store credit only, unless Kerja Gallery determines otherwise in writing. No cash refunds or credit card reversals will be issued except where required by law.

Store credit:

• may be used online at KerjaGallery.com or in person with Kerja Gallery,
• is non-transferable,
• and has no cash value.

Artwork, Sculpture & Collectible Item Disclosures

Condition

Original artworks, limited editions, sculptures, and collectible works may show characteristics consistent with their medium, age, production method, or artistic process. Minor imperfections, texture variation, patina, craquelure, hand-finishing, or other natural characteristics are not considered defects.

Measurements & Presentation

Dimensions provided are approximate unless otherwise stated. Framing, mounts, bases, or display hardware may vary. Colors and appearance may differ depending on lighting, photography, monitor settings, screen calibration, and display environment.

Certificates of Authenticity

When applicable, Certificates of Authenticity may be provided. Such certificates may be issued by the artist, publisher, estate, gallery, or other recognized authority. Kerja Gallery does not guarantee future market value, appreciation, or resale price of any item sold.

Installation & Handling

Buyers are solely responsible for proper installation, mounting, framing, placement, environmental conditions, and ongoing care after delivery. Kerja Gallery is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper installation, mishandling, environmental exposure, or lack of appropriate care.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Payment, Shipping & Returns Policy and agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any matter clearly addressed by this policy.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Kerja Gallery reserves the right to contest the claim using available documentation, including but not limited to:

• order records,
• shipment tracking,
• delivery confirmation,
• inspection records,
• photographs,
• video documentation,
• correspondence,
• and insurance-related materials.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Kerja Gallery, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment, Shipping & Returns Policy in full.
