Daniel Wall
Luminous landscapes, cityscapes, and patriotic imagery painted with warmth and sincerity
About the Artist
Daniel Wall is a Chinese-born artist whose life story and work are closely tied to themes of perseverance, beauty, and gratitude. Born in 1965, he began drawing as a child under the encouragement of his mother, later studied art in China, Italy, and the United States, and eventually built a successful career after immigrating to America in 1995. His work is known for luminous landscapes, cityscapes, florals, and patriotic imagery rendered with an eye for harmony and atmosphere.
A major part of Wall’s appeal is the sincerity behind the work. His paintings often celebrate light, place, and national identity in ways that feel deeply personal rather than merely decorative. Collectors who respond to realism and impressionistic color alike often find his work especially approachable because it combines technical polish with warmth and feeling.
Kerja Gallery currently shows “Freedom Is Not Free,” a hand-signed giclée with hand embellishment on canvas. That work fits naturally within Daniel Wall’s broader emphasis on America, aspiration, and emotional resonance.
