All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may not include shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, customs fees, or other applicable charges unless expressly stated.
Payment in full is required before any item is shipped or released. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, unavailable items, inability to verify payment, or other operational or legal concerns.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We arrange shipment using carriers and methods selected by Kerja Gallery or otherwise agreed upon with the buyer.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, routing issues, or other events outside our control.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
5. Shipping Damage, Loss, and Insurance
Items are inspected prior to shipment and may be photographed and/or video documented for condition verification.
If an item is lost or damaged during transit, any claim must be handled through the applicable carrier and/or shipping insurance process. Kerja Gallery may assist by providing documentation, but the carrier or insurer is responsible for claim review and determination.
The buyer must promptly inspect the shipment, retain all packaging, and provide any requested documentation for a claim.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All sales are generally final.
Kerja Gallery does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
change of mind, buyer’s remorse, personal preference, décor mismatch, or dissatisfaction unrelated to seller error or material misrepresentation.
Returns or exchanges may be considered only in cases of:
clear seller error, or material misrepresentation.
Any exception must be approved by Kerja Gallery in writing in advance.
If a return is approved:
the buyer is responsible for all return shipping, insurance, packaging, and handling costs, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, and the item must be received and inspected before any resolution is issued.
Unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing, any approved return resolution will be issued as store credit only.
7. Artwork Disclaimer
Original artworks, limited editions, sculptures, and collectible items may contain natural characteristics consistent with their medium, age, production method, or artistic process. Minor variations, texture differences, patina, craquelure, hand-finishing, and comparable characteristics are not considered defects.
Dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, framing, screen calibration, and display settings. Slight variation between on-screen presentation and the physical item does not, by itself, constitute misrepresentation.
8. Certificates of Authenticity
When applicable, certificates of authenticity may be provided by the artist, publisher, estate, gallery, or another recognized authority.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kerja Gallery does not guarantee future market value, appreciation, or resale performance of any artwork.
9. Installation and Care
Buyers are responsible for proper installation, handling, framing, mounting, display, and environmental care after delivery. Kerja Gallery is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by improper installation, mishandling, environmental exposure, or inadequate care.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, layout, branding, and design elements, is owned by Kerja Gallery, Kerja Marketing LLC, or applicable rights holders and is protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.
